but imo, price isnt terrible on sale, I like to take a scoop in mornings sometimes as energy boost, I dont drink coffee
I take 2-3 scoops to get motivation to go to gym though. doesnt do much in actual performance, need stronger stuff imo for hardcore workouts. this is just pure caffeine.

so I use this for a few reasons. One, I like to monitor how much caffeine I'm taking in and unlike coffee where it can vary, I know two scoops (one serving) is 100 mg (which is roughly a small mild cup of coffee). And frankly, I like the taste. I'm a big fan of diet beverages and most beverages on the market are much higher in caffeine content. People use this for a variety of reasons....as a morning pick me up, before workouts, or throughout the day.
Other nutrients in there, amino acids, electrolytes, etc are added benefits but not that important to me. at this price point of less than $0.50/serving, I'm mainly using it for a tasty small energy boost

watch it, @ Newmark caffeine is an addictive property, when I feel I want it more than I should, I take a few weeks off.
OO. extremely important, if you stop using it, after taking a lot of higher dose scoops, you WILL get migraines. its called caffeine withdrawel. drink a lot of water if this happens, if you start noticing migraines on the days off you dont take caffeine, means you are taking too much.
hard lesson learned, I had miserable migraines for awhile. now I dont go over 2-3 scoops routinely.

I am planning just one scope before workouts.
