I paid $999 a few weeks back at Bestbuy for an SP8 i5/8/256 which is even a better unit and includes 2 x Thunderbolt 4 and 120Hz refresh.

Better have a x64 processor and run full on Windows.
My need is to have the most portable version of a windows device to run a native windows application while on the go. I was going to jump on a Surface Go 3 bundle from Costco and give it a try, then I saw this and instinctually thought it might be more powerful with a near similar level of portability. I clearly don't NEED more power or ports or else I wouldn't be considering the go, but when they come close in price it makes me think. Anyone want to offer an opinion?
I have a very specific use case making me need a very portable MS Windows device. I basically need to use it to run streaming software (likely Streamlabs) while on the go but I need the full desktop version for a few small features. I'd been using an Android phone and the remote app but i can't add a couple of key features this way.
