You can use as a weight bench, but it needs towels or other padding on top to have any comfort. Also check the maximum weight rating of the platform to see if it's adequate for your weight and the amount you lift
01-21-2022 at 01:31 PM
I guess it depends how much weight you are talking about. It is rated for 300 pounds, so if you weigh 180 and want to bench press 150 you might end up on the floor when it fails. :)
01-21-2022 at 01:35 PM
remember the platform is 46in x 14in wide.
01-21-2022 at 01:36 PM
I wouldn't suggest bench pressing my wife.
01-21-2022 at 01:43 PM
It would be best to use for laying down watching TV. Just lay a padding on top and prop a pillow under you head. have someone rub your feet with ben gay or deep heat. If hungry have your wife fix you a bacon and cheese sandwich .

Yes, it's YMMV. They may have it, they may not.
01-21-2022 at 12:25 PM
Definitely go there and check for yourself. Same thing happened to me early today. I decided to swing by the store and have a looksy. Found 3 tucked behind some other items. Glad I went.

Call the store customer service give them your credit card number that your coming to pick up.
01-22-2022 at 06:43 PM
@carlgshotgun, you never call the store, otherwise, the employees will buy them all up or hide them. come on.

Yes. If you’re very short.
01-21-2022 at 01:09 PM
Yes. It's much shorter than standard height, but you can support planks or platform between 2 of them
01-23-2022 at 11:46 PM
Sure.... They are maximum 30 inches tall, so grab a tape measure and see if that height will work for you.

Not if used in combination with a fall-prevention harness and rope.

I cannot believe that I finally got a Lowe's deal...only took several years woot
Thanks OP! Brought it to the register and the nice women said people had been bringing those up all day.
The price was not even advertised.

For those interested, I also own the Gorilla Ladders non-adjustable Home Depot version.
The Gorilla Ladders version is super-lightweight. This is a bit heavier, yet it has adjustable legs. Both are comparable in sturdiness.
Excellent. More tools I didn't know I needed. Thanks slickdeals!
Shows as $98 for me.

It's working surface is actually 46" x 14", with adjustable height 20" to 30".
Don't know why it's labeled by Lowe's as 3.9' x 3.9'?

If you have never had a platform, you need one. They are great for working on ceilings or high walls. If you can get this for $31, it is a steal.

This platform is pretty darn useful, you'd be surprise. Though I had the Gorilla brand, this Werner is even better having adjustable height.

Got two platforms and the ladder. Do I really need them? Probably not, but some deals are too hard to pass up.

I actually really want it. I'm using a 5 gallon bucket to work on one of my vehicles due to the height (it's stock) but this is perfect
