I bought a pair of leather lined gloves, my hands stay frozen! By a good pair of mittens. They keep your fingers together and they stay warmer.
No it wasn't necessary for him to include the mans race, but also no it does not make him a racist... That's a heavy term to throw around... Now if he had said he did x because he was asian that would be racist, he merely included the mans race while describing him. If he'd said white, everyone would assume he's not white...
