Personally like Samsung QLED tech over OLED since I have a pretty bright living room. Thought others might feel the same.

First time posting, hope it helps someone!

What's a comparable TV to this one if I want Dolby Vision?

I'm kicking myself for not buying the display at Sam's club 2 months ago for $598 and the following week my 5 year old Samsung bit the dust.

I do see the 55" for $1169.99 for edu, first responders, etc usual Samsung corporate discounts. Still not at level in Oct 2021 when 75" and 85" really marked down (85" for $2600). maybe by Super Bowl time?

As reference bought it last year and this was the best price it hit even through blackfriday wirh EDU or EPP discount.

For Amazon the price is pretty good too.

I'd probably have bestbuy price match Amazon and buy there though

Hisense U8G, Sony x90j, Vizio p series j01. You'll also get 10 extra inches for less money.

Samsung has good picture but missing too many features (only 1 hdmi 2.1 input is a joke as is no Dolby vision).

Brightness matters. This is the brightest.
