This is with bestbuy, so no bill credit involved, it's instant trade in value that deducts from the sale price, and tax is on the deducted selling price too. Don't mislead others.

ATT is $100 cheaper further. $500 for mini and $600 for regular. But trade in values are horrible.

T-Mo is still the best in value overall.

I got same error!
I had my son log in to his Best Buy account and then did it through that without issues. When I tried to do it through my account it kept getting an error. Seems to be a BB account issue, not T-Mobile. Alternatively you could pick another line from your account.

Getting below error, how to fix this please?

There was an issue adding this package to your Cart. It should only be temporary, but please wait a little while before clicking Try Again.

Also it had issue with sending the text but I did get the verification code on the t-mobile line. So cannot do this online order??
Try a different BB account to do it with or choose another line from your T-Mobile account.

I have Verizon but my neighbor has T-Mobile so I told her about this deal after she was bitching about her current iPhone 11 Pro being too big for her purses and that she wants to get an iPhone 13 mini... Then the other day she was complainiong that the phone had gotten wet and wasn't taking a charge.
She just laughed and said she didn't need my help and that she had already been offered ANY model iPhone for FREE by T-Mobile directly, with a two year contract extension, and that the offer was good until the middle of February.
She is often poorly informed so I checked the TMobile website and am seeing that with their current advertised offer she could get the iphone 12 mini for free, with 11 Pro trade, but only if she has the Magenta Max plan.
So I asked what plan she has and she doesn't know the plans name but that her monthly bill is $77 total for a single line.
"Magenta Max" is advertised at $85 (or 80 with autopay) so this would seem to preclude her from their best deal, though she would still be eligible for a $400 trade in credit, thus making the 12 mini $299... It also appears that both deals may require you to pay for the device over 2.5 years rather than the 2.0 that she claims.
So the deal from BestBuy is better, because she can get the 12 mini for $599 minus an 11 Pro trade for $590 for a total of $9 AND she would have no contract commitment.
I told her all that, but instead of simply logging into her TMobile account and checking, she just continues to laugh - even mocking my deal hunting, and says that she KNOWS what was offered to her!
I do not understand this, especially because she has a malfunctioning phone and if it eventially won't turn on then it is worth nothing.
Soooo anyway - this woman has made bets with me in the past over her erroneous information and she has lost every time.
This time I would like to bet her what appears to be the $290 savings that she will miss out on if she ultimately goes with T-Mobile. She will most likely accept and be motivated by the bet and I will get an answer.
My question though, before making the bet, IS: Does T-Mobile make customers private offers that are better than their advertised deals? And is it possible that she could have some grandfathered rate on a "Magenta Max" individual plan for $77/mo, thus qualifying her for the free phone?
Thanks for any help and I will post updates if y'all make me confident to make the bet!

Small but important correction sim of the US carrier. If they decide to use international one then results would be either no activation or lock to some random company. Verizon sim would be easiest to deal with because it would automatically unlock after 60days so if you have multiple devices to unlock and don't want to be bothered with calling and requesting T-Mobile, downside is one would have to wait 60 days unless it's Verizon (I think Visible sim would work too but I would avoid putting it in as first).
Only one person out of hundreds has reported automatic VZ unlock after 60 days. VZ used to be the ultimate SIM since they were forbidden by FCC to do any locking. Visible and VZ establish a common timeframe of 60 days but I guess they use different methods of updating Apple activation servers since the one and only report on Visible was a negative one from lawrencelin. With TMo - YMMV from immediate unlocks to 40 day waiting periods, with ATT unactivated SIM - many favorable reports but recently a few negative outcomes. I will keep monitoring as these threads pop up. I had no pushback from T-Force with my three unlock requests but they were spread out over accounts and over time.

I would say whatever you do you should avoid popping in an MVNO as first SIM - Tello, for instance, has no conception of how to request an unlock for you.

Went to Bb to check this offer. Exchanging iPhone 11 for iPhone 13. It's $199 + taxes (they tax on the actual iPhone 13 cost) ~ 60$+ activation cost 40$. This activation fee you can't pay upfront but will reflect in your next billing cycle

Your 30 month payment plan: $5.84 x 30 = $175.20 at the end of 30 months

Full payment: $599 - $525 = $75 at checkout

$100 extra to be locked to T-mobile for 30 months.
175(5.84x30)+525(trade in)=700(IP13 mini 128gb) That's excluding taxes.

Why do you think you have to add a line?

I am trying to use my friend's account to use this deal and I don't want to use his lines to upgrade unless we can get 2 devices on same line.

Thanks for confirming my math is correct?

If you had pick full payment from the iPhone order page, the iphone mini is $599, not $699 with installment plan.
