Get the steel version companies make. They're still not great, but the pieces in the plastic ones are too thick to really get a proper profile.
I'd really like to see a version of this with the plastic about .5mm or so. Then it could be a decent plastic version.

Here's a steel 6 inch version from Empire. $8 at Amz [amazon.com] with free Prime shipping. Prolly worth the extra two bucks for steel, and a slightly longer gauge.
