This is a cl18 kit from Corsair. Good, but timings are not as tight as the G-skill kit.
This is the best bang for the buck Trident Z Neo IMO if you're on Ryzen 5 and want 32gb. Great deal, I got mine for $227 (not on sale) last may and they have been rock solid.
I bought this kit about 2 months ago. The RAM itself is pretty good the RGB lighting gave my system an overall 20-25% performance boost in newer AAA titles.

Great deal for a solid 32GB 3600 cl16 kit. Lowest I've seen it in recent history was $170.

Is it safe to assume that these 2x16GB kits are Dual Rank?

It is, models match. Depending when you bought the actual memory chips may be a different brand or revision... G.Skill will guarantee XMP though.

A little concerned about the AMD thing. Will this be a good set for aging 9900k? Tried running 2 of the same SKU 16gb kits, but stability is an issue, so this looks good.
