It goes in and out of stock but at the time of this posting the blue, green and gray are in stock. Just ordered a gray one myself. Reviews and posts on SD suggest most people receive like-new iPads with months of Apple warranty left, but of course it's YMMV. If you get a bad one, returns are easy of course since it's Walmart.

Mine arrived but it was a Grade B. Had a few scratches but was in excellent condition. If Walmart didn't raise the price another $40 I would have kept it. But Microcenter has it on sale for $449 and I was able to get Best Buy to pricematch.
