Real-world torque on this is about 240 ft-lbs. That's plenty for things like lug nuts and removing mower blades. You can't do drivetrain or heavy construction work with it, but if you do that kind of work, you know that already.

This guy tests the P261 and the new brushless P262 for real-world torque on his YT channel.

P261 test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWeguH-2UJA
P262 test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpxHkkzxeUE

Thorough reviews and scientific measurements with all the technical info (e.g. battery types) and real-world results.

TL;DR: The P262 is more than twice as powerful, achieving 91% of claimed torque vs. 81% test achievement on the P261.

I got one of these. I've used it on my Wrangler. Breaks lug nuts torqued to 130 ft lbs and control arm bolts torqued to 190 ft lbs. I got it because it was the cheapest option. Good deal for light duty work and to grab the battery and charger.

Yes, no problem 👍. And if you're unsatisfied, you can always return it.

I use this for lug nuts all the time on my van which is 125ft-lbs. It has no problem with that so I think you'll be fine.

The combo doesn't split in the cart. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

It easily removes 150 ft/lb lugs from my f150.

I had these deals work and some that did not. I found out through trial and error is that if one of the items is in store (most of the time) you can cancel one or the other and it will work. So with that deal my store had the impact in stock, so i sent the other filler item to my house and impact to be pick up in store, and i was able to cancel the filler item, without cancelling the whole order.

The other thing you can always do is send the impact to your house and the filler to the store and after a few weeks if you don't pick it up the store will cancel and refund the filler item.

Nothing, it isn't a hackable deal like some others.

Ya, its about 240 ft lbs in real world tests. More than enough for lugs. Good budget impact for harry homeowner, but not for a pro.

This deal probably isn't bad. But some of you might want to wait for the next 30% off deal at direct tools. I was able to get the brushless p262 model brand new factory blemished for just under 110 bucks with free shipping during their Black Friday sale. But 30% off sales happen every so often.

Feels really good in the hand and it's a beast with over 600 ft lbs of breakaway torque. Just might want to wait on that option unless you really need that battery.

I used it to take off an axle nut that was torqued to over 200 ft lbs and it didn't hesitate. This thing is great especially for the money.
