ACI's Model 3120 Surgical N95 Respirator is approved and cleared by NIOSH/FDA (TC-84A-9318), for use in healthcare settings. This Surgical N95 meets all recognized standards for Flammability and Biocompatibility, while also achieving ASTM F1862 Level 3 Fluid Resistance – the highest level of protection (160 mm Hg). ACI's Surgical N95 provides protection against particulates at the N95 filter efficiency level of 0.3 micron particles. ACI's Surgical N95 has exceptional breathability, fit, comfort, and quality. It is also exceedingly functional with eyewear and will not fog glasses if worn properly. It's flat pouch design provides a cooler breathing chamber and it has a non-abrasive comfort layer for moisture management. The elastomeric straps are ultrasonically bonded and secure to the face to ensure proper fit. Manufactured in Lakeland, Florida USA.

Masks manufactured in the USA of 'global materials'. This means the Lakeland FL company can purchase maps without straps, and simply attach the straps in the US. So it's somewhat of a misleading statement if you don't understand that. The company should be more explicit about what part of the manufacturing process occurs in the US, and provide links to the government site that shows the masks are certified (if they are legitimately certified) as N95 masks.

Given how many counterfeit N95 masks there are, any legitimate, honest manufacturer OR seller would do this.

Yeah, nobody should be donating anything to hospitals. They make so much money off of us through insurance and ridiculous line items. I went to the ER last year and it cost me $4,000 USD, my insurance paid for most of it and I ended up paying $1,300 of that total. All they did was see me and gave me a shot to my gums to numb the pain I was having from my teeth. That shot probably cost may be at the most a few hundred dollars. I was maybe there for 30 minutes at the most then I went home.

There's no way I'm donating to a billion-dollar industry that has enough money to line their pockets five times over.

No they didn't. That lie had been passed around too many times. I never saw/heard the CDC say that. It only comes from something Fauci said that was taken out of context, and he never said they weren't necessary. Even later, when they leaked his emails, and people pointed at them to prove it, it was still taken out of context. Then there's the problem of understanding how the masks are effective, which so many people don't seem to get. But I'm tired of those discussions, and this isn't the place.

Hard to tell from the angle of the photo but these are duckbill style masks. Works well but they look a bit odd. I just wear a top layer of a disposable mask.
