I have been using this for a few years. You get an e-mail about a week before the magazines auto-renew, so you get a chance to cancel. Just make sure you sign up with an e-mail address that you check frequently.

Yes, they've been around for years and they're cheaper than the other mag site that is promoted here all the time.

You can cancel the auto-renew as soon as your subscription order is active in their system.

That being said - caveat emptor - I did not have a good experience with them.

I cancelled the auto-renew per their instructions (received confirmation it was cancelled) but they still auto-renewed my subscription. I had to spend some time getting it resolved, and I did get my money back, but I won't use them again. YMMV

In the old days it was a great deal and the $2 covered a year. Now you just get a number of issues, so you get 3 months of Time Magazine.
