Avoid this brand. Bought a pair of "dad shoes" a month ago and wore them very infrequently. Took the dog for a walk, stepped in some standing water and immediately my heels were wet. Contacted customer service - who were very responsive - and they said not their fault, as the shoes weren't waterproof. After a back and forth, including pictures, they decided they couldn't determine whether it was a defect or if I'd done something to cause holes in the heels. Wouldn't replace but offered me 20% on a purchase of new shoes.

Seriously? You complain because your pair of shoes aren't waterproof.

The poster did not say they submerged the shoe or took it out in the rain. You shouldn't need waterproof shoes to prevent water getting in through holes in the sole. That's a defect or terrible design.

Mine fell apart less than 4 months after purchase I could touch my toes on one side through a 1.5 inch gap on one side of the shoe where the sole separated from the rubber.
