I've had 3 TCL TVs. TCL picture quality seems to generally be low end compared to other brands, but given the prices, it balances out well.

What's up with soap opera effect on these larger 4k tvs. It was crazy looking to me at first. Almost like you are watching the movie being filmed live. My 55" does not do this. I tried adjusting some settings that I read online. Still have it going on.

TCL's s446 Google TV's won't process Dolby audio. Only stereo PCM. It's a software/firmware issue. I have a case open with them and it has been escalated. Hopefully they release an update soon to fix the issue.
