Too late, I tried that. Anyway it's really not that big a difference. I get 20% off + a $25 GC for trading in my old Paperwhite, so its actually only a couple of dollars difference. Yes, I probably could have gotten a bit more selling my old Paperwhite on Ebay, it's in mint condition, but at least it saves me the trouble of dealing with all that. As far as the other post saying We'd be better off waiting for the price to come down....my old Paperwhite is like 8 years old, and I wanted the improvements for my own comfort and enjoyment. Just because I am on a deals sight, doesn't mean I prioritize monetary over comfort. You only live once, and I am worth it.

Thanks! This is the version I've been waiting for the deal on.

For those who may not know The kids version is the way to go. Same exact Kindle hardware, ad-free, a well liked case, and a 2 year warranty (vs the standard 1).

The only difference really is you get signed up to a Kids account option that is simple to remove and just operate as normal.

Once you get the Kindle, you just switch it over to an adult account and there is no difference or restrictions.
