No. When you first look at Amazon's reviews, they are always sorted by "Top Reviews", and people up-vote the negative ones. Resort by Most Recent and you will find a much more balanced sense of what people are saying.

Just a heads up - the little heater is actually the more "useful" of the two in terms of functionality because it has a fan only mode. The larger unit (surprisingly) does not and can only be used as a space heater. Would have been a real bargain if it was a 2 in 1 (heater and fan).
