Before I would recommend SN850 due to a compatibility issues of PS5 with 980 Pro. Now Samsung released a FW that fixed the read speed issue. Just grab the cheapest of the two!

This is a nice drive and good upgrade on the ps5. I just got one a week or so ago. Super quick and easy install. Paired it with the Sabrent ps5 heatsink for 20 bucks. Works great. This is a good deal.
