Anyone needing a number, Ting mobile Sim is usually $1 each so don't buy a phone# from these people. Bestbuy allows max of 3 and Target allows max of 2. Buy ahead of time and activate when you need a phone#, with $30credit you shouldn't have to pay a thing if porting out in less than a day or 2

Keep in mind, there was a promo as well where if you sign up for their internet plan, they gave you up to $30/month off their promo rate of internet with xfinity mobile. In my case, that would be $19/mo for 300mbps internet. Then $200/line byod. On top of that, if you get a referral link and buy both services, you can get $75 back as well. I know someone that can refer 😉 I used a referral when I signed up and did get the gift card.

Ie: port 3 lines: bonus $600, sign up for the 300mbps internet as new customer, $30x24 for $720 discount, plus referral of $75.

I only got 1 $100 rewards I think,for an iPhone upgrade. The rest were byop and was activated before I saw the reward promo.

I have an old iPhone lying around. Could I do this deal by porting a Google Voice #, link this to my Xfinity home account for $10 off that bill and essentially get a 2nd phone # for $5 a month with the 1GB plan (+$200 gift card)?

What about wifi calling? I've had nothing but bad luck with anything Android and BYOD, unlocked phones, and only ever got wifi calling to work when i bought a device directly from the company.

No clue why it took so long. I was concerned it wasn't going to work, but right around the time I was willing to bite the bullet and contact CS it started working. I put in GV at the carrier, and it still took that long. I think one of them are just slow to actually do the transfer.
