Do you keep the lines active until the GC ships? mine says I'm qualified, but it could take 6-8 weeks to ship and I'm just paying monthly fees for service I'm not using.
I don't use my service too and I keep my lines until I have the gift card in my hand just to make sure. Just make sure you turn off data if you are on by the gig.
It's been exactly 90 days and I still haven't received anything from Xfinity. Anyone else here not received their pre-paid card yet?

Check your status. Mine finally changed on the 30th. Shows as qualified and says to expect card in 2-4 weeks.
What's the amount it shows? 200 or 400? If it only shows 200, give them a call to confirm
It shows only $200. I sent an email with no response. will call and verify.
