1. You never know what you'll be paying in the end. You might get less than what you ordered, and end up paying more, because "you didn't qualify for the minimum purchase amount", because the shopper couldn't find an item and removes it.
2. When your shoppers bring you cucumber instead of english cucumber 3-4 times in a row, and you select "problem with my order" they then block your ability to get any refunds...so much for their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" - that is BS!.
3.no accountability on incorrect product description/size posted on their web site... That 6 x 16oz Pepsi Bottles you see at Dollar Tree might be an "obvious mistake because "it would too good to be true i guess'".... but so many times you see "garlc 1lb 1.49", and your shopper comes back with 1 garlic bulb. And (2) above applies..
4. Instacart is a Switch and bait company. They show you -20 promo applied (minimum purchase $35) in cart, then they remove 1 item, and now you didn't qualify...so your bill is $20 higher now.
5. Their rep can cancel your order without your permission, and Instacart will charge you $15.90 cancellation fee... If i wasn't diligent about looking through my credit cards transactions I would've missed it. When I called about it the 1st time, their rep promised me it would be refunded. .....1 month later it wasn't. The 2nd call went like this "I see the previous rep promised the incorrect cancellation fee would be refunded...but unfortunately since it's been more than 14 days there is nothing we can do now except give you a 10off35 coupon"... CRAZY right ? So now i'm dealing with a CC chargeback !
Forget Instacart exists.

I saved the offer in my paypal account, but didn't see any discount while checking out from instacart with $80+ order total.
Is it like spending $80+ then getting $20 back, not immediate discount?
Did your PayPal receipt show the $20 discount?
When i chatted to Instacart rep they say "read the terms" $35 minimum purchase...and since it's a "store promotion" nothing we can do...terms set by the Store.
Instacart is pretty amazing but like everything good, there's zero accountability for their shoppers and they penalize customers. So there's that.

But when you checkout with PayPal cart there is an option to add chase freedom card. When you do it shows the current cash back as 5% just below the details.
Not sure when the payment for a future order is considered processed with PayPal, since this promo is limited to the first 60k customers.
Also, how do you know the offer has been saved in your PayPal account?
