PS5 doesn't do any speed checks. This drive will work just fine. Hell, the maximum theoretical difference in load times is 5500/5000 = 10% difference. In the real world these drives are almost never saturated at their maximum speed, and The Verge found that even the slowest PCIE4 drive they could find performed exactly the same as the fastest. Please stop telling people drives under 5.5gbps won't work, because they will.
Sorry for the rant I've had too much coffee and feel strongly about this lol, the chances of this biting anyone in the butt are astronomically low.

edit: actually that heatsink is too tall for the ps5, but I recommend a cheap $5 low profile heatsink
