Just use this coupon OP listed, go back twice if you need to, and buy what you can actually afford with money you have access to.
If you just really want a card and a deal with it.. for an example you could get a Chase Freedom Unlimited card.. it's a $200 bonus when you spend $500, 1.5-5% back and 0% for 15 months. Plus this or any regular credit card you could use everywhere, not just at HB.

True it's single use. And it changes code everytime you refresh the page. So it can be used by anyone and everyone.
Rules say one time use per code; not one item per day, so print out several codes for multiple items.

My two cents.. don't just open a line of new credit to get 10% off at HB. That's not very optimal in the long run just to save a few bucks.

That $60 one from Walmart in the link you posted looks like a better deal.
It holds way more documents and has better ratings.
