While Chase is working on the dispute, you may place a 3rd order to qualify for the offer and return 1st order later. For my January offer, it also showed as shopping, telecommunication equipment and phone sales. And it shows the purchase method as in person while I ordered online. For the category: shopping, it's something that you can modify.
I dug through transactions from Dec/Jan, and found the answer to my own question in regards to whether transactions in dispute still qualified for the offer, and the answer appears to be yes. When ATT pulled that crap with the transaction name change for in-store purchases starting a few months ago, I contacted Chase regarding my Dec ATT offer, and their rep advised that I open a "fraud" dispute. They credited me back the purchase amount for my two $37.50+ transactions while the dispute was pending, but I never heard back from Chase regarding the outcome. Like others, my $75 statement credit for the offer eventually came through early Feb. Still haven't heard back from Chase in regards to the dispute. Confused

My wife also filed a dispute for her offer redemption, but Chase got back to her within weeks and confirmed the merchant was indeed ATT and said there's little they can do about the offer, although she also got her $75 statement credit early Feb, more than 2 months after the initial statements posted.

Be careful with the accessories return, you probably won't get any refund.
I returned several times to local att corporate stores and never had any problems. I don't have att account either.

Did you return the accessories in person or ship back? that might make difference

"Local". You can return online orders to local corporate stores.
Better to return locally because you can get the refund within days and you can get a return receipt.

Actually, you can return att orders and still get the chase offer because the refund of returned orders (at least for the returns to local stores) would be posted to your chase credit card with some strange names (not even the local store name/address) without any indication of att.

I made one online purchase and one in-store purchase in Jan. As the store name switched from ATT to a local store name, I returned the purchase. However, the credit showed up in my account several days after the return. It has been more than one month and no changes on my statement, will chase take back the credit? Should I make another purchase in case?

I don't think so. The refund of your return to local store will have a strange merchant name, instead of ATT.

The terms of this offer don't make any sense..

"Offer expires 3/7/2022. Offer valid one time only on a new line of wireless service. Must make two separate transactions on AT&T wireless services by 4/21/2022"

If you have to make 2 separate transactions by 4/21, but it's only valid once for a new line of service and it expires 3/7 ????

😬

My understanding is that you need to complete one transaction by 03/07 and complete the second transaction by 4/21.

Apple magsafe charger
May be I am too dumb to see a good use case for magsafe charger, but I bought it and found it utterly useless. Charging with wire and 40w usb-c charger is faster and reliable.

And you're able to do this even though you're not a ATT wireless subscriber?

You don't have to complete one transaction by 3/7, both transactions can be done anytime after you added the offer and before 4/21.

It did for me last time. I purchased a charger from AT&T online and my second "purchase" was using my credit card to pay may AT&T bill.

I did in the previous offer by buying accessories from local corp store. I returned one actually and bought a diff accessories.
The wording made me think that it restrict the credit to be used on new line once only, it doesn't mean it can't be used on accessories.

When you return the item, make sure you return to the coporate store.
How to find corporate store? Look at the store location, the corporate store won't have "authorized seller" in their store description when you view their local page.
Doesn't matter if you have an account with AT&T or not, they will just ask which credit card do you want the refund to go back to.
