That's weird because I ordered on 2/15 and still didn't get anything. Did you get any email?
My charge was posted on the 18th

Transaction Description:

AT&T 6308 SP18

Also Know As: AT&T.

Last time, I bought at the same Cooperates store and got $75 credit. Term change little bit this time, thats why I am not sure if its went through
You should be good then. My charges from an AT&T corporate store changed to "Christina, Delaware" something when the charge eventually posted. I ended up returning back to that store.

Were you ever able to redeem the Cricket offer in store?
I'm wondering if the split payment trick can be done in a Cricket store on more expensive accessories for those of us with the offer on multiple cards...

EDIT:
I placed an accessory order with Cricket, and got the offer trigger E-mail right away
Rack-You-10 current has $5 back for Cricket too
Do you know if cricket also splits the transactions of multiple items like AT&T?

I redeemed this offer several times before. I usually placed one order with two different items of atleast $37.6 each. AT&T splitted the charge in two transactions and I received the $75 credit without any hassle. This time I got the offer in my chase card and wells fargo debit card. However, I faced some weird issues in both cards.

1. For my wells fargo debit card, I purchased two different items in the same order, both priced at $40. I picked up the order from AT&T store nearby. My charge got posted together! So AT&T didn't split the transaction of the items and didn't receive the credit. Looks like I have to make a second order with at least $37.5 more to get the credit. I returned one of the item and planning to place another order of $37.5 to get the credit. If anyone had luck in contacting CHASE/Wells fargo in this type of situations, please leave me some suggestion.

2. I placed 2 count of one $40 priced item with my chase card. I got the products delivered to me. AT&T again didn't split the transactions and I didn't receive the credit yet. I will return one of the item and place another order of $37.5 to get the credit.

In summary, i) AT&T probably doesn't split the transactions for same item but multiple count, ii) In-store pickup probably never splits up the transaction.

So the best approach would be to place different orders for each items worth $37.5 or more (including tax).

My orders for Cricket were single items totaling $30+ after tax, so I have no idea

Thanks for sharing, do you mind posting a screenshot of your offer details itself?

I hope it's true. I will wait for a few days. The reason I am worried is that I used another offer the same day as at&t and that offer shows under redeemed section as pending but at&t does not. I have about 10 days before return window closes.
This is my gamelan too

So can anyone confirm that accessories trigger the cash back for this most recent promotion?

Based on my experience, it's still too early.

One person already reported that they received the CB this round after purchasing accessories. I'm sure there'll be more data points soon from others.

People have different offers so we can't generalize it.

Some people have offer which states "AT&T products and services…"

I, for one, have offer which states "valid on a new line of services for AT&T wireless services.."

That's why I have asked people to post their offer details.

Since my order was split, I went to a corporate store to return. I was told (again) that they couldn't find the order in their system, so I have to call to return. I think either their system doesn't allow it or they don't know how. I am wondering how others were able to return to store. Any other solution other than calling customer service?

Go to att.com and check order status for your order. Show that page to local att store employees that it is indeed in system and they can and should process the return for you in-store.
You can also present the att return policy webpage and educate the att employees that they should allow doing local return for online orders.

Those employees are internally trained to avoid doing any return for customers. The "not finding order in system" is just a lie/an excuse.
