Claiming it dead might be a too harsh. Right now, when you make bill payments the offer doesn't seem to be showing up as redeemed (exhbit A).

Exhbit B.On another side when people make accessory purchases, that seemed to have worked when this showed up originally but I think that is also not triggering at the moment (but we need more data on this).

Adding my updated datapoint:
  • I had the BofA offer that DOES include the fine print: Offer valid one time only on a new line of wireless service.
  • Purchased $40 charger on March 1st on ATT website and around March 3rd the BofA offer status changed from Active to Pending.
  • Purchased $50 charger on March 3rd at a Corporate ATT Store. The BofA offer status remained as Pending.
  • Today on March 7th the second charge was posted to my Credit Card and now the BofA offer disappeared from Offers list. However, it did not moved to the Earned. It simply disappeared.
My hope is that the system triggered the completion of the offer and it will show up as a Earned offer in the next day or two. If this doesn't work I will need to return my Chargers by March 14th. Hope this helps.

I maybe wrong, but I assumed it s dead for accessories based on several points, such the change of the T&C of the offer to specify New Line. No data point so far that it worked for anyone, (19 days, 288 comments). My cricket offers (3 credit cards) worked as used to be , credit posted within 7 days with the usual pattern , email that I used the offer, offer disappeared, then reappeared as redeemed and credit posted.
Any data points for someone who had this work is welcome

Instead of moving to redeemed, it went back to active offers in my case after it disappeared for few days. I initiated a return of my online orders.

Once AT&T creates the return shipping label, is there any deadline to ship it out? I may just return them to avoid the potential hassle.

I didn't check with the agent. Not worth taking a chance on full priced accessories.

it was a nightmare last time i returned online item. Refund didn't happen automatically. I had to make 3-4 calls and wait for a lot of time to get it escalated and refunded.

Does anyone know if att store will accept opened accessories return in 30 days with box damaged. I have magsafe charger and it was not easy to open that so box is a bit torn.

You guys are lucky you received all items you paid. I ordered two charges, paid for two but received one. Ordered and paid for four cases received one. Called them days ago but they've not called back.
