My suggestion is to never call ATT at night or over the weekend. During that time the customer service will screw you up big time.

Mine also moved to redeemed section today for 2 instore purchase on 2/27 so there is a hope that credit will show up. For some reason it is showing as redeemed on 2/26 but doesn't matter if it works.

Thanks for keeping us posted. I placed two online orders for accessories last week; I didn't have notifications on, so I didn't get any alert. The charges just posted yesterday, so ideally I'll see a similar move to redeemed soon. I have the same language you do (new lines of service).

I want to share a data point: one of my at&t orders was split, so I sent a message in my chase account. It took two weeks to get a response, but I just found that my at&t offer is under "redeemed" tab now, saying "Offers redeemed in the last 90 days. It takes 7–14 business days for statement credits to appear in your account." Good that I don't have to return the order.

Went to return to ATT B&M store guy could not do it back to card so I got cash instead and full retail value for some sale stuff lol so made like $10 profit!. So at least it was not horrible. I have another order on other chase card still shows as not redeemed and it posted few days ago. Cricket on other hand I already got the credit for 1 air tag and 2 more are shipped today from other chase cards. Would not let me place 4th order saying maximum amount per address. I just added another billing address in chase says takes 24 hours to update so will try to order Airtag #4 tomorrow. Still hoping to get the ATT credit in coming days before it is due for return.

I just messaged them saying the order was split and should qualify for the offer. The offer now shows as redeemed, but I haven't received a reply confirming it though.
