1. Overall, makes great coffee.
2. The carafe is made of super thin glass. When we first got it, I broke two carafes in two months just from fumbling it while washing it out. You can buy a new carafe for like $30 on Amazon, but after two you will wonder if you made the right decision.
3. We had our boiler break randomly. I sent it back in to them and they fixed it for free although it did take a while.
4. The cord is really thick and is a bit cumbersome to try and hide if the machine is right near the outlet.
5. We invested in a decent grinder and only buy whole bean coffee now and this has taken our coffee "game" to the next level.
If I had to do it again, I probably would just opt for a different lower cost drip machine and pay for better quality beans.

At this price the water reservoir should be glass.

If you're really interested in this I'd suggest waiting for the version with the stainless steel carafe. It's the superior machine in every possible way.
Did have an issue within the first year with a crack developing in the plastic water reservoir, but they took care of it under warranty extremely fast. Had it shipped out, part replaced and returned to me in a week.
