This is the best tuna I've ever eaten. I've seen no difference in quality for this between cans and pouches.

It has zero weird fishy flavors, lots of good tuna flavor, much more than albacore.

This is a a solid deal.

Also, from a quantity perspective, I'd say 3 of the 3oz pouches yields more tuna than two of the 5oz cans. Saying this, I'm curious, so I'll do the measurement next time I use it.

As far as sustainable, they're about as certified as it comes. You can Google it to see. It's kinda their thing.
Skipjack tuna also trend lower in mercury (smaller fish) than others.

I don't know whether it's going to make a difference for you but this one is 3 oz pouch. I think the one you mentioned was 5 oz can.

Albacore has higher mercury levels than skipjack though, but is far superior imo. I wish every brand would test every single tuna like Safe Catch and not opt for third party testing of 1 can out of thousands.
