Saute diced onions and tomatoes until soft. then add double the amount of water/coconut milk. Add curry powder and your favorite meat. Simmer until meat is cooked. Add cilantro and mint while simmering for that taste

If spices lose flavor after a year and you don't use them a lot, how does buying them in bulk save money?

Can this be used like normal seasoning powder sprinkled over meat and air fryed or is it preferred to be used as part of a saucy stew type curry dish?

This stuff is very salty. VERY. When I used it, I would wait to add salt to anything until after this.
But… there's no salt

If you use this before convection baking it, it can burn. It's just dry spices.

This isn't particularly made for that, but it's possible. These are very fine herbs so they will burn. To use it like that I would recommend mixing with a fat (oil/ghee) and checking it often to make sure it doesn't burn. Make sure to add salt because this is salt free.

Been hungry for curry fried chicken! Great price. Local Walmart sells 1.8 ounces of THEIR BRAND for 4 dollars.

Another way to save money on spices is to buy them in bulk even (or especially) if you don't use them a lot. Spices start losing their flavor after a couple of years. I buy small quantities from Winco and never fill my little spice jars, so the spices are always fresh.
