Looks like the days of $49 and $99 Walmart arcade 1up clearance is gone. Several stores around me have Completely removed all arcade 1up products. Xbox took there place😞

Plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to use a Raspberry Pi with these cabinets and turning them into stand-up emulation machines.

Of course, for legal reasons, you should already have licenses for any games you emulate, but I'm sure you know that 🧿🧿

First picture I looked at was the two people looking at the screen. Screen format seems too small as well.

That would be fantastic! I know I can get them up and running through MAME, but I'd honestly rather pay for them and have them working without being a headache.

As for the "deal" $400 just seems too steep.

I don't doubt it, but the only arcade1up cabinets with 3 or more players that I've seen reach that low were TMNT and NBA Jam. I was unable to procure any though.

Good deal versus regular pricing, but I still feel that $400 is too steep for what these are. For me personally, these cabinets would be a no brainer at $250.

True if you're playing with four average size adults. If you've got a few kids in the mix these things are great. And they don't take up half your garage.

Just FYI - I built a 4 player MAME cabinet over the winter. It's a lot of fun. I repurposed an old 40" TV and bought a 4 player pedestal kit off Ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Player...632-2357-0 Stuck an old laptop in there for the brains.

It's a project. It's taken quite a few hours of work. But now I can play PAC man, golden axe, x men, Simpsons, NBA Jam, etc with my kids on a larger machine than this one.

It can be. That's not a bad option. I was just offering an alternative for the people saying the form factor of a 4 player 3/4 size cabinet doesn't seem ideal for adults.
