Various retailers have Ruthless People (Digital) for $5.00 - HD Quality
I've been tracking this for years and it's almost always full price. This is the best deal I've seen ever. Currently not released on Blu-ray, DVD only. The DVD is not Disc to Digital eligible because Touchstone pictures.

If I search on "Ruthless People streaming review" or throw in variations of "picture quality" or the service name, I only find reviews of the movie itself (i.e. Amazon or IMDB) or reviews of the platform (like Vudu) neither of which I need. All I want is someone who has watched the transfer to describe its video quality, graininess, and how dynamic the sound is to make sure I'm not buying a crap transfer. The old DVD (which I used to have but can't find) of Ruthless People was a pretty poor transfer. I hope the Vudu/MA/Amazon HD transfer is a lot better.
With some movies/series not getting physical releases, I'm amazed there isn't a streaming review site with these details.
