I found a cheap code for horizon complete edition for steam and followed the directions on the post. The coupon code didnt work but it was only for $1 so who cares. I found a cheap key and went to the payment processing and use a temporary debit card service called privacy. I used a throw away card with a spending limit in case its sketchy and takes my money. The transaction didnt go through because my debit card service blocked the account due to "high levels of fraud" associated with the website. crap. Didnt stop me though. Went back again and used paypal and it worked just fine. I received my code about 5 minutes after my purchase.
Things to look out for: This website will try to tack on services for you that costs extra. One is called smart price, which is a subscription service kinda that gets you better prices on keys here and there. They will try to sign you up for that. Another one is "buyer protection" that is basically a small extra warranty that you're going to get the key you paid for or your money back or whatever and better customer service. I didnt care for it so i turned it off, if you dont look out your final price could be $3ish more than youd expect.
Either way, my first purchase went through using paypal, my second purchase here (for this game) went through fine and my code redeemed fine.
