I remember holding the 45lb plate for not a long time and it starts digging into your fingers lol.
however, weight is weight. and this deal is less than 1 dollar per lb which is the lowest we've seen free weights in a long time. could be worth it to snag this and some more expensive, but properly sized 45 lb plates. just my 2 centz
