I'm sure it's something known to make others, but this 210 lb weight set is account for in 45 lb bar + 165 lb of weights.

They ever fix the shape so that you can hold it by the grip part, longer?

I remember holding the 45lb plate for not a long time and it starts digging into your fingers lol.

to anyone who's serious about lifting and may want to do deadlifts and the like, this may be a good thing honestly. weight is weight, sure, but a lot of sets like these come with 45 lb plates of a non standard diameter, always too small, making deadlifts a little TOO deep for standard practice.

however, weight is weight. and this deal is less than 1 dollar per lb which is the lowest we've seen free weights in a long time. could be worth it to snag this and some more expensive, but properly sized 45 lb plates. just my 2 centz
