Same price at Amazon includes shipping. Best Buy should match Amazon.

How is the deal not showing just hours after it being posted? On both Amazon and Walmart? Is this some new flash deal sort of thing?

Awesome. This is the best deal ever on a 65" for gaming.
Not really. Last year they blew out the 2020 LG Nano85 models for 500 and 600 dollars (55 and 65in respectively) those have 120hz, 4k on all 4 HDMI ports and display 4:4:4 chroma with VRR.

The U7G and U8G Hisense use a shitty MediaTek chip that only allowed two, HDMI 2.1 ports and they can only display half the vertical resolution so text is impossble to be crisp and cannot display 4:4:4 chroma under any conditions.

This was still an awesome deal and there are no time machines, but this is not the best gamer deal

what's the 100 day thing? i'm still within 100 days.
You get 100 days to try the TV and can return it on them if you don't like it. If that wasn't promoted on your box then you don't have it unfortunately.

Any idea if its worth paying $150 more for the U8G?
U8G is worth $150 if you have a bright room. It's one of the brightest ULED/QLEDs made for indoor use when color corrected. Meaning, there are a few other TVs, namely Vizio that can get brighter, but only when un-calibrated (looks like trash, very bright trash). Once they are color calibrated they are slightly dimmer than the U8G (not by much, but they also cost way more too).

Description of the product bothers me.

Description
Sure, the Hisense U7G TV series is great for Netflix, the big game, and the real housewives of wherever. But the U7G is made for the gamers. It's got our exclusive ULED technologies, 4K resolution, Quantum Dot Color, Dolby Vision HDR, Full Array Local Dimming zones and Android TV operating system. On top of all that, Hisense added a 120Hz Native panel for smoother, more fluid motion and HDMI 2.1, Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode for gaming that looks sick, even if you suck. The U7G also has up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, which makes HDR 'pop' and means the picture is lit no matter how bright the room. All this looks great on paper. Now think how much better it would look on this TV.

Features & details
4K ULED: Like 4K great, but better. The 65U7G has our exclusive ULED technologies. They boost color, contrast, brightness, motion we could go on. It's the TV your old TV wants to be.
Quantum Dot Wide Color Gamut: See over one billion shades. Quantum Dot produces purer, richer, more brilliant and accurate colors than a regular LED TV. We could get into how it works. But it's a lot easier to say it makes every day look like the 4th of July.
Ultra Motion and 120Hz Native refresh rate: Ultra Motion removes the digital 'noise' that can affect moving objects. Whether it's a bird, a plane or the man of steel, everything you see is exceptionally clear. Blurred lines. Not on this TV, the 120Hz native refresh rate means smoother gaming with pictures that keep up with your play.
Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos: Dolby Vision HDR picture and Dolby Atmos sound are cinema technology for your home. They provide amazing realism you can see and hear in every scene.
IMAX Enhanced: IMAX Enhanced brings the cinema experience home. It combines digitally remastered 4K HDR content and DTS audio technologies with the best consumer products and streaming platforms. Built for people who want a more premier, at-home experience.

Wrong Nano85 did not have 4 4k@120 ports(only the Oled from LG got the highest end chip that gave it 4 ports) Only 2. Also it uses a shitty IPS display and got stinky reviews on Rtings. This was the best gamer deal around for a 65 inch. Keep crying like a baby talking about your time machines. In fact the vertical resolution thing is fixed already the OTA update had already launched and will arrive on all sets in the next 3 weeks.

Answering my own question - this doesn't have as good black levels as the H9G. I'm blown away by the H9G's blacks so will wait for a deal on that again.
Dude get over yourself on your blacks. This TV is all around the best bang for your buck if you want to watch movies and play the latest generation of games at 4K@120. If all you care about blacks, get an OLED. This is without question the best deal in the history of the modern TVs at a 65 in that can fully take advantage of the Xbox Series X and PS5. Anyone that says otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about and hasn't been following TVs and deals as long as me. No question hands down the best deal That's graced TVs in the 4K@120 modern era.

Quit saying lies. Nano85 100% did not have 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. Only 2. Also the reviews on Rtings sucked butt. Almost an entire full point lower then this U7G tv. Also I can't seem to find anywhere the price was $599 for a 65 inch. Not saying it's not true but backup your source. Also this TV actually has HDR the Nano85 was a pile of poop HDR is almost twice as bright on the U7G.

Probably a straight forward answer, but thoughts on this vs the Hisense A6G 70in for $550 at Best Buy? anyone have experience with both devices?

Also the sound is actually pretty decent on the A6G, any word on the U7G? hope it would be comparable

Just a bit conflicted on the 70 in vs 65 in size difference lol

You really need to figure out what you want. U7G is Part of their ULED lineup. That line up is quantum dot LCDs. And the highest end LCDs they make. No matter what, this TV is going to be better than the A6G.

I think this is not their highest end. Their best tv u9something uses a different technology with a double panel.

Yeah that's why ultimately I think this is the better buy, I imagine this lineup would hopefully be better quality for longevity too for the price since it's a higher tier product

I guess I'll compare them side by side and ultimately make a confident call, the humming / electric feedback noise I'm hearing on the A6G I think will also bother me over time

The Nano85 is a much worse TV than this. The PQ and brightness of the U7G far exceeds that of the Nano85.

EDIT: Also, the vertical resolution issue has been fixed in a beta firmware release, and will be generally available in the next few weeks, according to the HisenseCA reddit account.
