Decent price

The inflator is occasionally on sale at Direct Tools Outlet Factory Blemished for ~$30. (tool only, not battery no charger)
I picked one up a couple months ago via those sales. It's good. I like the hybrid power so you can use 12v DC or battery, Little annoying that there's no built in power cable storage/retention.

I have this inflator and hate it. Aside from being extremely slow, the shraeder valve lock is difficult to seal properly (it's also all plastic). It has some weird quick connect fitting.

This pump is a world of a difference from the $40 viair pump. I got sucked in by the digital controls and auto shutoff. The digital cutoff setting does not persist between unplugs either.

These little lithium ion inflators do come in handy. Been using my Hart models quite a bit lately.

I can see in some instances the quick connect would be not ideal. I've used this for over a year with no problems.

It being slow, it's as fast as they get. I've tried a Hart and the new Milwaukee and they are just as slow or slower. This is for a top off, not setting a bead.

The not keeping the automatic shutoff pressure between battery swaps is a joke hopefully, it is very easy to use and takes literally less than 5 seconds to reset the pressure to whatever shutoff you like.

This though isn't much of a deal. I got my kit for $70 and see the tool only regularly at ~$50 or less all the time.

The one I bought is not slow! For some tires I use an hose adapter.

To each their own. I have a Viair 88P and I got tired of uncoiling the alligator clips and attaching to the battery to use the pump, only to have to constantly monitor the pressure and flipping the switch multiple times to zero in on the target pressure. Is it a good pump, hell yes, but it's so much more convenient to whip out the Ridgid and push the hose on to the valve, pull the trigger, set the pressure and walk away. By the time I move to the next wheel to remove the cap and walk back to the pump, the damn thing has topped off the pressure. Saves a lot of time at the end of the race day when you need to air back up for the drive home.
Now if you need it for airing up all-terrain tires after an air-down, well that will take you a bit longer.
This thing is a great little pump. Maybe this kit is not a great price with the battery and charger. I got mine like most tool-only for much cheaper as I already have 6-8 batteries at home.
