Plain original Cheerios probably best option since it has 2g sugar for serving. Although it is tasteless. I usually mix about 10 grams in protein ice cream

General Mills deserve to be successfully sued and their execs should be farkin' ashamed of themselves.
  • "Honey Nut" cheerios... have no nuts. And have more corn starch than honey.
  • "Heart healthy" my ass. *9* grams of sugar per serving; Sugar is literally the 2nd ingredient.
I'm not a health puritan. I ate baklava after lunch today, which is probably one of the most unhealthy desserts you can have Big Grin

But fork companies for pretending their desserts are health food..

I use blended up oats. So versatile. Banana or apple/pumpkin puree, blended oats, egg whites can be made into a loaf cake or pancakes. Blended oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, sweetener can be made into edible "cookie dough". It's like having dessert for breakfast
