Love these straw hats but every time they ship them they bend them into a tiny box and it ends up breaking the straw and it look frayed and terrible. Ordered this twice in the past. Happened both times

Love these straw hats but every time they ship them they bend them into a tiny box and it ends up breaking the straw and it look frayed and terrible. Ordered this twice in the past. Happened both times

ordered the hate twice and both times came in a big box that fit it perfectly and no damage. love these hats for the beach.
