Current classifieds ad prices are around $450. The benefit to those interested in this deal is that it will depress the resale prices more. I expect them to sell at $400 or less. If you're not all paranoid about warranty coverage, you should get some good deals in the local classifieds. Know that the seller paid nothing for the tools.
Also note that HD seems to be trying to get rid of these and has been dropping the price since the debacle. $530 to now $480.
