GPU pricing could drop down to 'normal' by the summer
That plus 12th gen has me holding off right now.

What's the "12th gen" concern exactly?
I just purchased this one, but I could still cancel it.

12th gen is much better than 11gen and this computer needs a new case.

This is not a bad prebuilt outside of the cooler and maybe the case.

EVGA's website has 3080 12GB starting as low as $1,249 (There are scattered 3080 10gb deals but not as available)
If you are not die hard team blue, 5600X+B550 is cheap, should run you less than $400 if not $350. Games slightly better and about equal multicore performance, much less power usage.
Or if you want to get the best, 12600K+ any entry level Z690 should be ~$450-500 depending on deal situations.

500GB SSD ~$50, 16GB RAM ~$50-70 (too bad those Crucial kits are gone). Case+750W PSU ~$150. CPU cooler ~$50 (honestly a $20 single tower is good enough )

You end up paying ~$100 more (about even if you hunt for deals and you may end up cheaper), but with a much better PC, 3 year of warranty on all major components vs 1 from prebuilds.
