Obviously, if we visit your home twice a week because of this, we'll want to have a conversation - otherwise, my statement stands
I have 7 of these and they are VERY prone to misfiring, usually at the late hours of the night/early morning. I've replaced 4 in the past only to find out that a can of compressed air usually solves the misfiring. If you read the reviews there is a consistent pattern of this.
I run these in HomeKit via Homebridge. In hindsight, I would avoid these and go with a standard smoke detector from Costco.

But this one works great "Kidde Carbon Monoxide Detector with Battery Backup, Digital Display " only 30 sec and it started to beep.

When we built our home a few years ago the only solution at the time was to use standard hardwired detectors and tie them into a linked relay connected to a Smartthings window switch. Besides getting alerts to my phone, I also wired the carbon monoxide relay to a RIB relay at my propane hot water heater outlet to shut down the heater if carbon monoxide was detected. I also set up the smartthings hub to turn on every light in the house if the smoke detector goes off.

Ended up switching to First Alert / OneLink as it was the only option I could find that was interconnected.
I have 3x hardwired Onelink detectors (one per floor), 2x hardwired BRK heat detectors in the garage, and 5x wireless Onelink detectors in various bedrooms.
They are all interconnected (one goes off, they all go off), have an app (that's pretty bad, but at least exists) and I even tied it into my Vista home security system (which I use with home assistant) via the aux relay so it sets of the alarm siren there too.
