i actually ordered (a different phone)) from them about a year ago and got (a different phone) in a timely manner and as described. Always have good luck with ebay buyer protection when things don't go well. I just ordered this and will see how it goes...

that was last yr. Since verizon took over this company, it went to shit. mainly b/c verizon strategy is to move everyone from tracfone to their more expensive verizon offerings.

I have bought from Tracfone a Moto G Power with 1 year of service and it came in promptly and worked perfectly.

Tracfone can be hard to deal with. But if you look at the feedback for this particular ebay listing with 1070 of these phones sold, 119 positive feedback, 7 negative feedback--three of which were for "missing airtime card" lol--and none of them were for lack of phone arriving.

I ordered quite a few on ebay from tracfone and never had issues. Does any one know we can get the phone unlocked just by paying forr 1 month? I know we have to stay for 2 months but will they unlock after 2 months by not paying 2nd month.

I received my refurbished Samsung A51 from the last time Tracfone had this same deal on eBay. Took about four days to get to me from date of order to my door step via UPS. Phone came in excellent condition as described on the product page. The screen is beautiful with vibrant colors and the 1080 x 2400 resolution is great. No physical Airtime card was included. However, The $20 Airtime is activated via this eBay link [tracfone.com] by looking up your eBay order number. I activated my $20 airtime with no issues. When I text "Unlock" to 611611 (customer support), I get the message back stating my phone is eligible to be unlocked in May. Hopefully things will continue to go well and if things change, I'll have options in May. Good deal.

Thanks for sharing the info!

Will the included $20 Airtime Card be good enough to keep the service active long enough (3 months?) for unlock? Or do you have to purchase another TracFone card?

I ordered a TracFone moto g power and TracFone iPhone SE 2020 about a year and half ago and they both arrived very quickly.

I have no issues with their service and I actually liked their chat rep customer service. I do notice that they have been very stingy with their reward point system lately with the Verizon take over. Right now they don't even offer the scratch off or the wheel spin anymore. I used to build up lot of reward points but not anymore compared to the past.

Even when they were offering the scratch off/wheel spin in February, I was constantly getting "try again tomorrow" and I never constantly got "try again tomorrow" in the past. Oh well

I did this deal in Feb and here is my experience. The phone came in a white box but everything seemed brand new. The phone, charger, manuals etc were shrink wrapped. The $20 airtime card is NOT a physical card. You will get an email from Tracfone on your mail id with the PIN. You can also lookup your PIN as others have suggested. The $20 gave me 30 days of plan and I could not figure out a way to take up a lesser denomination plan. I wanted to use the $20 to cover 2 months but did not find a way.
Phone is lovely and of course it came with 20GB of storage filled with the system and bloatware some of which you cannot uninstall.
Will try the unlock after 60 days are over.
I do not know if I can keep the phone without plan for 30 to 60 days (have already used my $20) and still get it unlocked. I will try to take the $15 plan to be on the safe side.

Has anyone noticed that the past couple of months, tracfone and its sister companies like Straight Talk and Total Wireless haven't released new phones, and there's been very slim pickings on their websites?

It's almost like Verizon buying them has changed their direction, and something is coming. Like all the brands will merge together and be called something else, so they're getting rid of their old stuff and not selling anything new

You can get the $15 plan from Tracfone website itself. You can get it from other sites(like Target, BB) also.
