If you can't tell that's great. Sometimes being able to enjoy the cheaper stuff without noticing is gold in itself. I'm that way with red wine. They all taste like crap to me but as long as it gets me sauced.

No one knows if you can taste the difference. The question is probably more of would you even appreciate the difference if you actually taste it.

This is my favorite of all calrose rice. I love the flavor and texture of calrose rice. It's unique.

I wonder if this rice is good for non-asian dishes? I'm just beginning to learn all the subtle differences in rice from all over the world, I never knew there was so much to consider.

No one knows if you can taste the difference. The question is probably more of would you even appreciate the difference if you actually taste it.
