The big issue for us is the bluetooth. It runs throughout the time and from our conversation with Phillips, there is no way to turn it off and will be bad for kids especially close to the brain. I would not go with it for that reason.
The Bluetooth beacon runs even when not connected to the phone so it is continuous radiation at a very sensitive part of the body.
We use the adult version and like the round head. Not sure which one to buy for kids?
