Very YMMV but if you use older iphone on sprint (I use 1st gen SE), you get email/text for this offer. No trade in, tax or fee, so it's totally free. I was able to get one shipped today, so we'll see how it goes.
* You must activate the within 14 days or they will charge you the full price ($500-600).

Possibly sprint, while I can attest their customer service being better than Verizon who I've recently discovered is absolutely terrible, the sprint service in a lot of areas is garbage. When it works it works great, but too many areas without coverage or with poor coverage.

Because there's no info here and the OP is sending you to the random Sprint homepage. There is no info here - bill credits? Straight up swap? Promotion code?
So basically we sit around hoping for a text for a promotion we know nothing about? There needs to be far more info for this to be useful.
No bill credits and no trade in. They'll just send you as a replacement. And I agree there's no info on their webpage, and all I got was email and text from them and called the number. I suppose you'll get em if you are qualified for this offer.
I have an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB on a SWAC Premium plan, and I received the email offer yesterday with the subject "URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Don't risk losing service. Replace your phone now for FREE"
At first I thought it was another spam email telling me I needed to upgrade my phone until I saw the "Get iPhone 11 ON US now" graphic.
It continues on to say "NO taxes. NO new contract. NO plan change required."
I placed the order, and I can confirm there were no charges. I didn't need any coupon code, it just automatically applied when I chose the iPhone 11 as my upgrade. Unfortunately, I didn't read through the terms and conditions to confirm what OP said about being charged after not activating within 14 days. No trade in was required either.
I did a chat after I placed the order to ask them if the device is mine to keep or if it needs to be returned, and the rep said it was mine to keep. So this seems too good to be true; there has to be a catch. (or maybe there doesn't have to be)
I was really wanting to upgrade to the 13 Pro Max, but was really on the fence about having to pay an extra 20 per month for 2yrs with no early payment options. (after receiving monthly bill credits equaling $600 for trade-in). So I chose the free option instead, as I don't need the latest and greatest for my needs.
I hope this helps

I'm on the same boat, and the thing is once you activate the 11, technically you can trade-in 11 for 13 pro/max for $800 value. I think it's still a deal while they giving you $500-600 phone for free n can use it as $800 trade in value.

You know, I thought the same thing. That would definitely be a slick deal. I'm hoping that offer doesn't go away since I used this offer!

I didn't receive an email on this, but T-Mobile has called me a couple times recently and today I finally answered. They gave me the offer over the phone, an iPhone 11 black for free.
For me it's tied to the fact that I'm a legacy Sprint customer with two phones that will not be compatible with the T-Mobile network once they shut off the Sprint 3G. Glad I waited to replace these phones.
Thank you to others for pointing out that the iPhone 11 can be traded in for $800!

Go log into your Sprint account online. I had a crappy old Moto G5 on my line, and until today it said I needed to upgrade before March 30, but only offered the A32 or Nord as a totally free no strings no payments, no tax even. . .or a $200 discount towards a nicer phone.
Today I was informed by member Genhgis_Khan that they were offering Pixel 6 phones with no payments no credits or strings nor tax. . .for even crappy phones older than LG G7 or iP7, which had been the previous threshold for that TechUP offer.
Long story short, today they've upped their game to get people onto fully TMO network compatible phones before the end of March. Call or chat with them for iPhone options if iP11 doesn't show up as an option when you log on. . .but I doubt at this point you need to wait for a text message

I received my Free iPhone 11 64gb Black today via UPS, and I had no trouble activating it. I can confirm that it qualifies for the $800 trade in value, and I just ordered the new Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb.

I am on a tmobile family plan and one line has an old flip phone that might be affected from the 3g shutdown. Anyone have any luck with getting a good free replacement phone from tmobile?

Great to hear that. Did you order 13pro max from Sprint or TMo website??
