I logged into my Verizon FiOS account (via iOS app) and much to my surprise received an offer for an upgrade to 300/300 from 200/200 for the same monthly price of $39.99 and no change in terms (no contract with autopay). I am based in PA, US. The only hardline competition locally for me is Comcast Xfinity with some coverage for T-Mobile 5G broadband (which may be influencing the offer).
I did not receive a mailer either physically or electronically. This simply came up as an option when I clicked on Internet—>Upgrade my speed. Granted I had already been receiving speeds above 200/200 prior to the upgrade, but this formalizes it.
Autopay via bank account or debit card is required, at least for my account.

yea I feel I'm currently not even fully using the 300 connection. we're probably limited on the server connection side.
once 300mbps added to cart … it will take you to next page to select Disney, HBO Max… if Disney is already selected… touch again the same icon… it will de-select
That said, trying to switch my account to the 300/300 plan to properly reflect what I'm actually getting, AND I DONT SEE A WAY TO DE-SELECT DISNEY which they seem to be adding on for another $7.99. Anyone else figure this out?

Got it, thanks a lot, I didn't know regular mesh router works for FIOS, which I already have the mesh router. I thought there is something called "FIOS modem" is needed
I'm in this boat. Verizon said they will charge me$200 fee to switch to Ethernet. Apparently there was a promotion that made it free but not anymore. Anyone know any trucks to get Verizon to do this for free?

Buy g1100. $25 everywhere like fb market place. Why pay it every month?
1) Haven't noted any significant drops with weather (I live in MA). 2) It might be cheaper to get another router online, there are lot of cheaper and better options ( you DON'T HAVE to go with the FIOS one). 3) $39.99 is inclusive of taxes

If you rent any equipment you have to return it on your old account BUT SAVE THE RECEIPT GIVEN WHEN YOU RETURN. They tried to get me to pay for a router after I said no for a receipt. I had a paper trail and tracking numbers.
