I'm not seeing the keep your own plan if I go on the Sprint site. I wonder if this is targeted.

Kickstarter is eligible, and is great if you have a newer phone currently on your line. . .

Wanted to get this plan last year a death in the family and bla bla life happens but just wondering if at all still possible??

I chatted and they said my 2 lines are both eligible. $25 Kickstart from Best Buy and a free line. Will be doing the deal soon. Can't pass it up.

That is a good deal for you! And yes several people have already done these upgrades on KS and plan stayed the same.
BTW, the person you were quoting was asking if it was still possible to start a new KS plan and account. . .which it is not

Yes I did the upgrade to the ultra and mine stayed the same or at least unless all the reps I spoke to are lying. I am curious if I can pay it off early though since I don't like paying monthly. Also has anyone been able to waive the taxes and fees?

Taxes no. Fees back after purchase, YMMV, ask CS rep. If you didn't do a full TMO migration deal, then at this point I believe you are still on Sprint billing while on TMO network (TNX). At this point, if you pay off early, you will lose whatever the promotional bonus value of your trade in/upgrade deal was--i.e. the difference between what your trade in fair market value was and the $800 promo--and the older your phone was, the bigger a loss that will be to you. Your net monthly payment should only be the $400 extra over the $800 promo was, so I would just stay put paying that monthly. Interest free loan sounds better than losing promo $$$. . .

TMO allows early payoffs without losing promo value, so maybe that will change for you when the migrate everyone over fully

Thanks for the quick response. Yes not worth it to pay off right now then so I will wait until fully migration to the tmo network. Is there cell phone insurance plan with the phone worth it? What would you suggest?
