They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)
Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.
So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

The physical SIM that's in the tablet is a 200 mb FDFL SIM, so when I set this promo plan up on the same tablet, I had them do it as an eSIM. My 2nd promo tablet SIM is a physical one... just sitting in a drawer for now until I get a 5G tablet in a few weeks.

San Francisco (west) - 15.9 Mbps down / 1.25 Mbps up to 26.5 Mbps down / 7.17 Mbps up
iPad Mini 4 LTE on the $10 Magenta T-Mobile tablet data plan
As comparison:
- iPad Mini on Sonic fiber via Wi-Fi = 99.2 down / 85.7 up
- iPhone 11 on Sonic fiber via Wi-Fi = 101 down / 67.1 up
- iPhone 11 on Verizon (5G unlimited data plan @ 4G speeds) = 269 down / 23.6 up
- iPad Mini on iPhone 11 hotspot (Verizon) = 63.3 down / 55.8 up (the upload speed is a bit strange since I'm usually capped at around 30mbps on the upload side with LTE)
- iPhone 11 on iPad Mini LTE hotspot (T-Mobile) = 16.0 down / 14.0 up
** updated with testing on my Verizon (unlocked) Inseego 8800L 4G/LTE hotspot - the T-Mobile Magenta data plan SIM card registers with the hotspot correctly, gets a valid APN, but SIM status says "Non-Verizon SIM T-Mobile"
- iPhone 11 on Inseego 8800L Wifi (Verizon 5G data plan) - 126 up / 59.8 down
- iPhone 11 on Inseego 8800L Wifi (T-Mobile Magenta Unlimited data plan) - 21.8 down / 6.28 up
- iPhone 11 on Inseego 8800L Tethered via USB to a WiFi Travel Router (T-Mobile Magenta Unlimited data plan) - 32.8 down / 9.08 up
*** speeds varied on consecutive runs with the Speed Test app; obviously the speeds depend on the number of devices hitting the cell towers around me at any given moment. Case in point, after running all of these tests, I came back to the iPad on T-Mobile and am only getting 10.7 down / 0.99 up.
I signed up online through Tmobile business website, it did my credit check (EIN only), indicated my account is approved for 12 lines and when I clicked check out, it does the same screen again and errored out. When I called the 1866 number, I was told the account is "tentative" and to go to the Tmobile store to get it set up.
Got all my documentations, EIN letter from IRS, ID, etc. and still took the rep 45 minutes. She has to call into the business line also to get my account set up, and set my name under the "authorized user" since the line is under business name. She said that even though I owned the business, it would still cause some issues later if my name is not on there.
Anywho, paid $72 as down payment which I would get back as credit, $60 for the two sim cards and 45 minutes. Not too bad for this deal tbh.

What documentation did you take? Just your ID and EIN letter?

Ok , if that is the case , then are they going to retire the free unlimited phone lines too? That will make many people upset
