The multiple ways of using this $10 line for home internet are:
1. T-Mobile Gateway + Cudy N300 or X6 which are wifi only routers to mask hotspot usage with TTL set on the external wifi router. You can use other wifi routers for this purpose but there's a menu page in the Cudy routers which makes setting TTL easy - Courtesy waterchange
1.1 Cudy router like Cudy LT500 or LT18 or the 5G P8 work as a single device with modem + wifi router. Work well for home internet. Nice thing about the Cudy modems is easy TTL (and imei magic if necessary). - Courtesy waterchange
2. M2100 hotspot device - Hit or a miss - native out of the box but less reliable
3. Orbic 5G hotspot device - more reliable than the m2100, however some people have reported throttling after 1st couple of months
4. Gateway + Project Genesis - works most reliably
5. TMOHS1 - ~ 30-50 mbps out of the box, no TTL update required
6. Tmobile Franklin - ~30-50 mbps with TTL update - the most reliable as of right now, however limited speed.
7. M2000 won't pull data from anywhere.
8. GL.iNET Spitz GL-X3000NR easier to use than Cudy and better performance but expensive. Great form factor and performance. Presets for T-Mobile TTL settings and advanced cell features like tower/band lock. External antennas.
9. M3000B works out of the box with T-Mobile version. Has battery preservation features and ethernet port. Some users say to switch 5G mode to NSA if the hotspot restarts frequently in your area.
Add/update if you have more/better info.

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)
Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.
So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

I called in and had a rep add on a free HD Pass to both of my promo tablet lines a few days ago. The streaming allowed for HD right away, but nowhere on the website or my tablet did I see any kind of notification, until just now.
I was streaming on my tablet just now, and I noticed that under "Cellular Plans", instead of the promo plan description, it now says "T-Mobile - HD Video". Since it's an add-on pass, it's "overlaying" the unlimited promo plan, hence why this most likely says "0 bytes left..." because the HD streaming is still pumping through! I didn't NEED to see this, but it's pretty cool!

It is still showing get tablet for free. I heard there is like 2 promos going on for the tablet. Ask for t929 promo if calling or going instore to buy. If ordering online, need to select TE plan for some reason. It is the business plan which says $10 + tax with TE in end

What did this last rep do to add it? Last rep said it wasn't possible on their end.
I went to the T-Mobile store with a 1099 from ebay, I was hoping to use the TIN that was associated with my 1099 form, but when Anthony entered it into the system it didn't see to work, so Anthony asked for a SSN. Anthony took a picture of my driver license and my 1099 form (proof of business).
My speed tests wasn't the greatest, so I was wondering what kind of speeds is everyone else getting? I'm getting about 30 to 40ms latency. I'll mainly be using the data plan to watch youtube/youtube tv and web browse. I'll see how I like how after 1 month. If it doesn't work out, I'll just cancel it.

The hotspot data used was with hotspot through the tablet and using the TMOHS1 wifi.
