Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
Some people don't live in a house.
Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Yeah, I signed up online under sole proprietorship option. Only SSN needed, no EIN, no business related questions was asked. For Business name I put My Own Name LLC lol
With online, I do not see option to remove tablet purchase. You checked out with that tablet together with this line?

Yes, I will get like $8 in monthly credits for 24 months (2 Years) making the tablet free. I had to pay sales tax on it at checkout though, almost $20 cause it is financed at $200 and sales tax in my area is like 9%

Were you able to sign up for a "T-mobile ID" as soon as you got this email? I got my assigned phone number in that email a week ago. When I try to register I get "email address not recognized. Enter the one you used when purchasing your t-mobile device". I am entering the proper email. Just figured they needed time to get me into their system. I even received my first invoice in the mail, but it still won't let me sign up. The invoice has a customer number on it. Is that going to be my ID?

I guess I need to call them.
I signed up for a T-mobile ID the same day I got the e-mail. If it's not taking the e-mail address then you're probably going to need to call them.

I tried that, and whether I try the option to use the EIN (SSN in my case) as the admin option or use the user option and use the activated phone number, they both fail. Should i be signing up on the consumer side or maybe the app?
I signed up using the end user option.

Two easy ways.... one, you can now stream full HD without any slowdowns, and two, on my iPad, under "Cellular Plans", it now shows "HD Data Pass"
Im not sure how to do your option 2. My ipad only has "Cellular Data" but it has nothing mentioning about HD Data Pass. It only shows I'm on Tmobile network selection.

A Corp store. I don't think they charge a SIM fee IF they charge an Assistance fee... so I was only charged the Assistance fee, but I had them refunded when I called in to add tge free HD passes.
What number you called? And which team/department you asked for?

Are you talking about the two tablet lines or the HD pass add-ons? The 2 lines I had set up in store (I had the 2 $30 set-up fees refunded), and the 2 HD pass add-ons I had added over the phone.
What number for HD pass?

I have a Sim router that I purchased. I just got it today. It seems to work well. I put in the sim, plugged it in and started right up.
I'm trying to figure out if it's using data or hotspot.
I tried to log in to the T-Mobile app and when I enter my email and password, it accepts it then reads "we got our wires crossed" or I get a white screen.
I'm sure that I've used at least about 1.5gb of hotspots yesterday because I turned hotspots on my tablet and was watching videos though it.

When I log into my T-mobile business account online, I see that it was added to mobile data. Why doesn't it show the data used as mobile data and hotspots?

may I ask which model sim router are you using as many others seem to need to be flashed and tinkered with.

just looking for the easiest way

Yeah I'd like to know too, especially if there's a 5G one with 2 sim card slots that allow a bridged connection!!
